The Sons of Liberty Gun Works (SOLGW) 16″ barrel is built to take abuse. They are proof tested, magnetic particle inspected and coated with corrosion resistant QPQ Nitride. SOLGW invests heavily into the R&D behind their gas port sizing to ensure it is big enough to cycle reliably, but not so big that the gun beats itself up.

We try to offer as many quality services in house as possible. This saves you time and money needing to find other places to have them done and possibly shipping parts around the country.
Gas block pinning. This includes a Forward Controls Design GBF gas block pinned with a heavy duty, stainless steel coil pin. (We will need your barrel nut in order to pin either a gas block or FSB. If you purchased a rail from us, we will handle this by default. Otherwise please arrange to send your barrel nut in before service)
FSB Pinning. We can mount an F marked (for flat top uppers) FSB to your barrel with taper pins. This also includes a front sight post, detent, and spring.
Barrel Ramp polishing. This can improve how your rifle feeds by removing burrs or other imperfections in the feedramps and polishing them to a high shine. If you would like us to match fit them to your upper receiver, you will need to either send your upper receiver in, or purchase one from us. Make sure to let us know in the order comments if you would like them matched.
Check out our Muzzle Device options to pair with one of these barrels. The 13.7 can be pinned and welded to the SOLGW Nox device to reach the legal rifle barrel length of 16″. *Pin/Weld Service coming soon*
Barrel shipping terms:
We try to keep as many barrels in stock and ready to ship as possible but we can’t always guarantee that they are ready to go. This is because we submit each and every barrel to a variety of gauges and quality control checks regardless of the manufacturer to ensure you only get a quality part. This means that every barrel must come through the shop for this process, we don’t just dropship them from the vendor like many retailers do and barrels may take up to 5 days to ship. We appreciate your patience!
